Close2Edge has been established by a husband and wife team with over 15 years combined experience in the online world. We’ve lived in the UK, US, Australia, France, Qatar and Syria and our experiences range from eCommerce and eBusiness to Online Marketing and Social Media Optimisation.

We’ve been involved in establishing web strategies for eCommerce sites in Europe and Asia-Pacific (including unique markets such as Japan and China), product development for large scale multi-national systems and implementing Search Engine marketing campaigns in Europe, Asia and the Middle East…. among many other projects.

Academically, we share a Diploma in Education and a Masters of Science in eCommerce. One of us is also researching in the field of Open Innovation for a PhD.

We are 3rd culture kids with Syrian heritage and are dedicated to improving the state of the web in Syria. The ultimate aim is to use our international experiences and education in a bid to enhance the Syrian web through practical B2B and B2C solutions.
